Specific and Individualised Fitness Programs for Elite Athletes

Are you aware of what it is really going to take to get you stronger, and more powerful?  What do you need to do to have even more energy and last longer?  Are you quick and agile? Or do your slow reactions cost you valuable opportunities? Are you flexible enough to reach those hard to get, wide and low balls?

The complexity of designing a really specific fitness program for each individual suitable for the demands of your sport can be best understood in the sport of tennis when you must be super quick to sprint a few metres to the ball and yet matches can take longer than a marathon to complete. You have to have the vision and reaction to consistently hit balls over 160km per hour as well as starting, stopping, turning, jumping and be balanced and flexible enough to hit wide balls on the run! Combine this with your own strengths and weaknesses, your past injury history, your training age, ability, style, development, and the surface/s you play on and you will understand the complexity.

Ann has trained and written programs for elite athletes in a multitude  of sports: Tennis, athletics, swimming, football, cricket, boxing, kickboxing, golf, skiing, paralympics, etc, Her charges have gone onto win numerous world championships, gold medals, Grand Slams and National Championships. Ann teaches elite athletes as well as coaches all over the world in her lectures. She has travelled extensively and consulted players on the ATP/WTA Tennis Tour for the past 20 years as well as advising professional athletes in a multitude of sports.
