I am sure wherever you are in the world, you are all enjoying the Olympic Games. It certainly is the greatest show on earth. We can learn so much from such extraordinary athletes. So many wonderful stories emerging of great come backs, return from injuries, hardship and devastating losses. As every single athlete goes for gold in their events, think what is the gold medal you are going for in your life?  What is that one big goal you would love to achieve?Are you adapting a gold medal attitude and training regime to achieve it?
