On a recent trip to the UK, I had the great fortune to visit St George’s Park, the new home of the English Football Association National Football Centre on a magnificent 300 acre site at Burton upon Trent. It is also an internationally renowned centre of excellence for sports and exercise medicine, rehabilitation, performance science, and strength and conditioning, so I felt very much at home.
