Greetings this week again from San Diego.
It has been an amazing week spent here at Leadership Academy with so many outstanding leaders from around the world so I thought I would share with you just a few lessons on the topic of Leadership.
Leadership – the ability to significantly influence the thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviours of those you lead.
To be a leader, you must influence yourself FIRST.
Leaders are readers.
Leadership is all about love.
Leaders don’t manage people. They manage their promises.
Great leaders leave their ego at the door.
Leaders serve and not control.
Real leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determination.
Lead by example and have an outstanding week.
