WEEK 4, JANUARY 2011
Continuing on with our ONE Theme.
Now you should have ONE big goal to achieve, (Quotes from Week 2), ONE thing you want to do more often for you this year, (Week 3 Quotes), and now my challenge for you is to come up with ONE word, or a theme for the year. For a few years now I have picked ONE word to give more focus to everything I do. Last year for me it was “Complete” as I had several big projects on the go I wanted to complete! And I did.  This year it is “Trust” – trusting my higher self to guide me.

Doing this exercise with your family and your team at work is a lot of fun and very meaningful. Just imagine if everyone in your family, team and/or work place knew their word and they lived it each day to make themselves and their team better.

What word will give you focus and meaning to make 2011 your best year yet? Make it even more powerful and create a little poster or post it note where you see it daily. I have mine attached to my tea pot so when I have a cup of herbal tea each morning I am reminded to simply ‘Trust‘.
