Productivity Questions

WEEK 5  NOVEMBER 2010

Highly productive people take time to think, plan and set priorities.  Then, they launch quickly and strongly toward their goals and objectives. Here are some great questions to ask yourself to make sure you are highly productive today.

What are my highest value activities?
This is a great question Brian Tracy always asks. In other words, what are the biggest projects/things you have to do to make the greatest contribution to your company or to your performance? To your family? To your health? To your life in general?

What can I and only I do, that if done well, will make a real difference?
This question comes from the late Peter Drucker, the management guru, and is a great question for achieving personal effectiveness.

What is the most valuable use of my time right now?
This is a core question of time management. Ask yourself over and over again to make sure you are highly productive.

And one more question for your life, whatever field you are in!
What is one skill, if I developed and continually improved, would have the greatest positive impact on my career?

No more procrastinating. Do it NOW!
Have a super successful week.

Love and blessings
