I have just spent five days doing a Raw Chef Training Course here in London which was fantastic, so thought I would inspire you all to good health this week through the best medicines of all, living foods.

*   Destroy the life force of foods.  Eating cooked food is eating dead food. Live food has live energy and vitality.

On the other hand, eating raw foods is absolutely delicious and it gives you:
