WEEK 4 MAY 2011
To be extraordinary in anything requires, repetition, repetition and more repetition. And just when you think you have done enough, do it again and again and again! Sounds a bit over the top. Think of elite athletes – they train for hours and hours every day, week after week, month after month and for four years running, just for one race, for one event, and one chance to win the Gold Medal.
If you want to do anything well, practicing it again and again is definitely a way to achieve peak performance and excellence.
Repetition is the mother of skill.
