WEEK 1 – DECEMBER 2006
What are you doing to let go of the past? Do you always look back to the way things were done in the past or are you playing the game of life, looking forward?
Playing safe is probably the most unsafe thing in the world. You cannot stand still. You must go forward.
Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward.
Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.
Don’t dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer.
Enduring setbacks while maintaining the ability to show others the way to go forward is a true test of leadership.
This week, plan forward with faith
