Do you have lots of things you never have time to do, always too busy, never enough hours in the day and so you delay what you wanted to do for you? I have been there many times!  However what I have learned over the years is that when you prioritise you, everything flows more rapidly. When you take better care of you, you have more energy, more time, are more productive, everything flows and you have more fun!  You simply cannot lose but we all put others first, our work, and all those things that have to be done. However, when you do not honour you and do what you really want to do, you are actually letting down the most important person in your life. The more you prioritise you, the more things flow, the better you get, and the more trust you develop within you.
Here are some tips to Prioritise You.
.
.
PRIORITISE YOU
1   Start each day with an Hour of Power just for you
Get your day off to a great start doing something just for you. Meditate, exercise, pray, give gratitude, journal, read, set your intentions for the day and do what you want to do just for you. You get to choose! This time is sacred – just for you and finish it off with a delicious, nutritious breakfast.

2   Keep Fit and Healthy
Our greatest asset is our health and it is so easy to take it for granted. Don’t wait until it is too late. People plan for their financial future but have you planned for your own health and vitality so you can enjoy your retirement? The energy you have and your health in years to come will depend on the habits you begin today. Get fit to win the game of life. Your health is your wealth.

3   Make Each Day Super Productive – Prioritise and Schedule
Set yourself up for success daily. What do you need to achieve to make this day a great one? Make a daily list each night and then prioritise it. Most importantly, schedule when you will do each task and allocate the time necessary.
What’s planned is possible,
What’s scheduled is real.

.

4   Make Time to Think
Block out time in your diary to simply think. All the answers you need and the wisdom is already within you if you just stop and listen. Make this a daily habit and the results will amaze you. Einstein said: “If I had 1 hour to save the world, I would spend 59 minutes  thinking and 1 minute doing.”

5   Say No!  Set your Boundaries                                                                                                                         Start saying “no” – Set boundaries, every “yes” you say adds more to your plate. Simplify all you do and let the real you shine through.  Set boundaries that support your visions, goals and the way you function at your best.

.

6   Recover
Work smarter, not harder. Take short recovery breaks throughout the day so you can be more efficient, more effective and more energised.

7   Acknowledge you and Celebrate                                                                                                                         So many people are so focused on their goals and do achieve them and then they move on to the next goal. Make sure you make time to give yourself a pat on the back and celebrate your wins along the way, even the little ones too. Life is a journey, not a destination.

.
8   Consistency is the key
Whether you are committed to winning a gold medal, the next big business deal or eating healthy and exercising regularly, being consistent is the key. In fact it is the fastest way to achieve any goal. Remember the age-old Aesop fable, about the tortoise and the hare. After being beaten by Tortoise, Hare reminds himself, “Don’t brag about your lightning pace, for slow and steady won the race!” The latest research shows it takes about 90 days to make something a habit. Start with something achievable. Set yourself up for success.

9   Have Fun
Do what you love, spend time with your family and those you love. Life is to be lived. Enjoy it. Plan it. Schedule it and make it happen.
.
.
10  Set yourself up to win. Make great habits and they will make you!

Good habits once established, are just as hard to break as are bad habits.Make it a habit to prioritise you and live a life you love.

.

Wishing you every success for an Extraordinary last Quarter of 2018

Love  Ann
