WEEK 2 MARCH 2006
Greetings this week come from Indian Wells in Palm Springs, California. Training in the desert with the snow capped mountains in the background has been quite majestic. Thanks for your great feedback last week on travel. To continue on with the travel theme this week, here are a few more gems.
Travelling in the company of those we love is home in motion.
The rewards of the journey far outweigh the risk of leaving the harbour.
If you want to succeed you should strike out on new paths, rather than travel the worn paths of accepted success.
John D. Rockefeller, Sr.
Yesterday is gone, but its experiences will be reflected in those of today. We learned from both the good and the bad situations of yesterday. Where we travel today, likewise will influence our direction tomorrow. We can’t do over what has gone before, but we can positively incorporate all that life is offering us from this moment forth.
And to close with one of my favourites
Life is a journey, not a destination.
Make the most of your journey this week to every destination.
Travel safely and have fun.
