Finding your Flow

SEPTEMBER 2025

It has been a great last few months back in my London home with a few inspiring trips to Europe too. Being in new places and then coming back home again, always brings fresh perspective. It reminds me how important it is to move with flow in the middle of change: not by rushing, but by finding rhythm, energy, and alignment.

Over the past weeks, I’ve been reflecting on what keeps momentum alive — in life, at work, and on the sporting field, and I wanted to share a few insights. Each one comes with a simple action or thought to bring more clarity, energy, and ease into your days.

FINDING YOUR FLOW

Travel always gives me fresh perspective.
Reflection:  Where in your life could you step back and change your environment — even briefly — to see things differently?

Momentum isn’t just about speed — it’s about rhythm, energy, and alignment.
Action: On the tennis court, a powerful rally isn’t about hitting as fast as possible — it’s about timing, positioning, and energy. This week, notice where you are rushing in life, and ask: How can I find a better rhythm?

The small steps we take consistently are what create extraordinary breakthroughs.
Action: Write down one small daily habit that, if done consistently, will move you closer to your big goal. Commit to it for 7 days.

Flow is about finding calm in the middle of change.
Reflection: Think of a recent challenge. How could you have softened into it instead of resisting?

Breakthroughs are built in the quiet moments as much as in the big wins.
Action:Just like reviewing match footage or visualising your technique can transform performance, taking quiet moments in life allows big breakthroughs to happen. Schedule 10 minutes each day this week for reflection or stillness.

Energy, not effort, determines how far we go.
Reflection: Notice where your energy leaks (eg: negative thoughts, distractions, over commitments). What’s one thing you could let go of today to protect your energy?

As we move through the weeks ahead, remember that momentum isn’t about rushing — it’s about moving with awareness, energy, and purpose. Small, consistent steps, quiet moments of reflection, and protecting your energy help you find your flow, turning ordinary days into extraordinary breakthroughs.

Here’s to momentum, energy, and moments that matter — Be Extraordinary.
