DECEMBER 2025
There’s something about this time of year that naturally invites us to slow down, to breathe and to notice what mattered most. Before we rush into new goals and fresh plans, Christmas gives us a rare opportunity to pause and honour the year we’ve just lived. Thank you for being here this year, and before we step into new goals, I’d love to offer a short reflection to help you close 2025 with gratitude and begin 2026 with intention.
A CHRISTMAS REMINDER
As the year draws to a close, I hope you take a moment to pause — to reflect on what you’ve lived, what you’ve learned, and what you’ve overcome.
Celebrate your wins, both big and small. Treasure the moments that mattered. And if you experienced detours or challenges this year, remember: sometimes our hardest moments become the doorway to our greatest growth.
A SHORT YEAR END REFLECTION (4 questions)
If you have 5-10 quiet minutes over the next two weeks, I invite you to reflect on these questions.
What made you grow the most in 2025 — and what did it teach you about you?
What challenged you this year — and how did you respond when it mattered?
What are you ready to let go of (a habit, fear, story, or distraction) so you can become who you want to be in 2026?
If 2026 was your most Extraordinary year yet, what would you love to achieve — and who would you need to be to live it.
You don’t need perfect answers. Just honest ones.
MY WISH FOR YOU
I hope your Christmas is filled with precious moments shared with family and loved ones. It’s the love we give, the presence we bring, and the memories we create that truly matter — far beyond anything we wrap in paper.
And please don’t forget to take some time for you: to recover, relax, and recharge… so you begin 2026 grounded, energised, and ready.
Wishing you peace, love, joy — and a brilliant start to the new year.
Love and blessings,
Ann
