QUOTE 17, SEPTEMBER 2015
It has been a hectic few weeks with school holidays here in Australia and watching lots of my tennis charges competing. No matter what the age, or the ability level, so many players look back and worry about the last point, the last game, the lost opportunity, the missed shot, or the unforced error. However, the past is history and we cannot change it. Instead look forward and focus on what you need to do and how you need to do it. The same applies to all of us and everything we do in life.
I skate where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.
Remove those old postcards from your fridge door. They are where you have been. Replace them with postcards of where you want to go.
Don’t dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward, toward finding the answer. Dennis Waitley
Worry looks around.
Regret looks back.
Faith looks forward.
Have a great week and look forward to being Extraordinary! The best is yet to come.
