Week 1 – February 2010
Can you believe it is February already? How are those new year resolutions coming along? Are they still a daily priority or almost forgotten about?
When you are absolutely committed to changing your life or reaching a goal, the means to help you get there present themselves – people show up, friends lend you books, advertisements ‘jump out and hit you,’ you find yourself in the right place at the right time.
In reading the lives of great men, I found that the first victory they won was over themselves; self-discipline with all of them came first.
Harry S. Truman
Success consists of a series of little daily efforts.
Mamie Mc Cullough
With self discipline, most anything is possible.
It takes as much energy to wish as it does to plan. Don’t sweat on what you did not get done. Simply plan ahead to make it happen. It is not the work that is hard, it’s the discipline to do something daily. Start small. Make great daily habits and they will make you.
Wishing you quintessential success
