Getting the second half off to a winning start

Time sure flys by. In just a few days we will be half way through 2021. It sure has been a different year. For a lot of us, our usual plans have changed considerably with the world going in and out of lock down. Remember all those exciting goals you set back in January? Take some time today to stop, pause and reflect. This is the perfect time to do a reset and make some changes so you can make the second half of 2021 a fabulous 6 months. What changes do you need to make? What support do you need? Have you scheduled in some breaks yet? You might not be able to go too far but just a change of scenery can make a world of difference. Here are a few tips to get you planning for success.

REVIEW

Make a list of all the great things you have achieved, and all the good things that have happened to you in the past 6 months. Review the list often. Acknowledge you!  Ann Quinn

PLAN TO WIN
Failing to Plan is planning to Fail.
List all you would love to achieve in the next 6 months and then challenge yourself to do even more. Think BIG!

DEVELOP GREAT HABITS
Success is not really possible until you believe it’s possible. We often develop a myriad of negative beliefs, low expectations, fears and doubts that get in the way of our success. Your old habits are deeply embedded because of the time you’ve spent repeating them. The best way to get rid of old habits is to replace them with new habits. Make great habits and they will make you.

VISUALISE
Make pictures in your mind of what your life will look like when you have reached those goals. Dream in perfect detail. It is the secret of all great champions and leaders.
