A client arrived yesterday and she noticed a little sign I had hanging outside on a wind chime. On the bottom of it is the word “Be”. It has been there for years and yet she had never noticed it. With so many things happening in her life, it was the perfect message she needed to receive. The Universe gives us signs everywhere of what we need and all you have to do is notice what you notice. A great practice is just to be in the moment more often throughout the day. Start now! What are you thinking? What are you seeing? What is standing out for you? The Universe is always sending us messages, causing coincidences and serendipities and all you need to do is to ‘Be’ wherever you are.

Sometimes you just know something. Every cell in your body feels a certain way, even if there is no logical explanation for that feeling. Some people call this a gut feeling; others know it as intuition. But whatever it is, it’s a deep and obvious sign from the universe: if it truly feels right, then it’s what you should do.
