The Power of Questions

WEEK 2 APRIL 2012

Great Morning. Get your day off to an extraordinary start. When that opportunity clock rings in the morning (don’t think of it as an alarm clock – that only signals a negative connotation (fire, police, etc). Instead focus on the fabulous day ahead. A wonderful way to do that is to ask yourself great questions and get you focused for a terrific day ahead. As Tony Robbins so eloquently said, “Questions provide the key to unlocking our unlimited potential. Quality questions create a quality life. Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers.

Here are the 9 questions I ask myself every morning to get my day off to a great start. Try them or simply choose a few, or make up your own. The key is to do them. Make great habits and they will make you! Do them when under the shower, out on your run, or on your way to work. Commit to a time to do them and get your day off to an extraordinary start.

What will I do today to really excite and energise me?
What will I do today to be more healthy?
What will I do today to be more loving?

What will I do today to make an extraordinary difference?
When will  I listen to the real wisdom within me today?
What are the 3 MIT (most important tasks) I must accomplish today?

What will I do today to add more balance into my life?
What am I grateful for?
How will I celebrate and have fun today?

And here are three simple questions from Tony Robbins that he recommends each night.

What have I learned today?
What have I enjoyed today?
What have I improved or contributed today?

Simple questions, yet with powerful effects.

Ask great questions and Be Extraordinary.  It is the little things you do that make the BIG Difference to your day.
